What shipping methods are available?

We ship via DPD and Royal Mail, both fully tracked and insured.

  • DPD – Next-day delivery (cut-off: 3 PM)
  • Royal Mail – Tracked delivery (cut-off: 5 PM)

We may upgrade your shipping method depending on your order at no extra cost.

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • Orders placed before the cut-off time are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends are shipped the next working day.
  • You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is packed and the label is created.

How do I track my order?
