Warranty Coverage

12 Month Warranty
- All parts are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase for manufacturing defects only.

iPhone LCDs
- Lifetime warranty applies exclusively to iPhone LCDs.
⚠️ Important Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, mishandling, or accidental damage.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, the following requirements must be met
a. Unused and Unfitted Parts
- Parts must be brand new and unused, with all adhesive and protective films fully intact.
- Do not glue screens before testing.
- Any screens or parts that have been glued will not be accepted for return.
b. Testing Before Installation
The following items must be tested before installation and returned in their original, unfitted condition if defective
- All iPad digitizers and iPad LCD or digitizer assemblies.
- Screens from these brands Samsung, Huawei, Motorola, OnePlus, Oppo, Pixel, Sony, Vivo, Xiaomi, and Kindle.
c. Installed Parts
- Once a part is installed, it cannot be returned unless it was tested and confirmed faulty before installation.
d. Damaged Parts
- Any parts showing external or internal LCD or OLED damage will not be covered under warranty.
Refund Schedule
Refund amounts depend on the time since purchase and the condition of the returned part:

Within 30 days | 100 percent refund |
30 to 180 days | 70 percent refund plus £8 restocking fee |
More than 180 days | 50 percent refund |
Refunds are issued as store credit unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Report within 2 days Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
- Photos required Supporting photos may be requested to process the claim.
Return Processing Time
- Returns are typically processed within 3 to 7 business days of receipt.
- Once inspected and approved, store credit or a refund will be issued.

Send the parts
- Simply post the parts to our returns address with your details included.
- No prior authorization is required.

Inspection and approval
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we will approve and issue store credit or a refund.
⚠️ Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the final store credit or refund.
Shipping Costs
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- If shipping costs are covered by us initially, they will be deducted from the refund or store credit.
Legal Jurisdiction
All legal matters, including card processing disputes, will be governed by Scottish law.
